Submission of false or misleading information may lead to suspension or termination of access.
- 3. The Organization reserves the right to verify any information, documents, certifications, or records submitted by users through the portal.
- 4. The portal may be used for activities related to skill development, training, assessments, placements, certifications, reporting, monitoring, and associated project operations.
- 5. Registration or usage of the portal does not guarantee enrollment, certification, placement, employment, empanelment, or participation in any specific project or activity.
- 6. Users shall maintain confidentiality of their login credentials and shall be solely responsible for all activities carried out through their registered accounts.
- 7. Users shall not misuse the portal by uploading unlawful, harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or unauthorized content or by attempting unauthorized access to any system or data.

- 9. The Organization shall not be responsible for any technical issues, server downtime, connectivity problems, data loss, or interruptions arising due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
- 10. All content, data, logos, documents, designs, training materials, and information available on the portal are the intellectual property of Orion Educational Society unless otherwise specified.
- 11. Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any portal content without prior written permission from the Organization.

- 15. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with the portal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
